Spiral Winding Resistance Wires

The Spiral Wire is a low-wattage, high-resistance heating solution. It consists of a Nichrome, copper alloy, or stainless-steel wire helically wound around fiberglass yarn. It is insulated with a durable jacket of silicon or Teflon. It is also insulated with fiberglass yarn S glass/ E glass in the form of serve shield and braided again with fiberglass yarn S glass/ E glass. This construction ensures flexibility, reliability, and safe operation in a wide range of applications.

Standard Resistance Cable Long Length on Bulk Spools

Loose cable heating is an ideal solution for small or irregularly shaped areas. The heating cable is installed directly beneath the finished floor—whether tile, marble, or parquet. Its variable spacing allows installers to customize the layout, easily navigating around fixtures and following the room’s unique pattern to meet specific heating requirements efficiently.

– Chemical and process industries

Freeze Protection / Pipe Trace Cables

These ready-to-install heating cables are flexible, efficient, and consume 15W per meter, compliant with IEC 60800 standards. Designed for both domestic and commercial applications, they prevent water in pipes and other systems from freezing. For maximum heat transfer, the cables are flat-shaped to ensure optimal contact with the object being heated.

FPT (Pipe Trace Heating)

– Designed specifically to prevent water pipes from freezing.
– Equipped with an in-built thermostat/temperature limiter that switches ON at 5°C and OFF at 15°C.
– Operates on 230V AC.
